Welcome to Shobu-Ippon.com. We are a Karate based website dedicated to the promotion of all aspects of Karate from individual Instructors to large-scale events such as tournaments.

We offer various services to individuals and organisations as highlighted below:

To the Individual:

For a £11.75 (inc VAT) per annum subscription fee to Shobu-Ippon.com you will receive Email bulletins and SMS messages to your mobile to notify you of forthcoming events. For this fee you will receive a maximum of 50 messages a year. You will also gain access to our Members area where you will find an archive of useful information.

To the Instructor:

You can advertise your basic Dojo details free of charge on the site so that prospective students have an easy way to find you or for when other karate-ka are on their travels. If you would like to advertise dojo events then you can specify how you would like this done. We have a general events page or you can target a specific audience from our database by email or SMS. There is a structured charging system for this where you can advertise multiple events.

1-3 Events £11.75 (inc VAT)
4-7 Events £17.63 (inc VAT)
8-12 Events £23.00 (inc VAT)

These prices are per annum.

To the Organisation:

You can advertise any of your events and be assured that it will reach its target audience. This can be done, as with the instructor package, as a text-based notification along with corresponding email notification, or for an extra fee you can have your information mailed out to our extensive database of contacts.
