Welcome to the Shobu Promotions website.

Shobu Promotions is a partnership of two people, Simon Staples and Darren Jumnoodoo, who are both passionate about Shotokan Karate.

At present Shobu Promotions runs The Shobu-Ippon International Shotokan Open, which has evolved over the last few years to become the premier independently run Shotokan Tournament in the UK.
